NUIG HOSTS PIVOTAL ENVIRONMENT AND HEALTH CONFERENCE

NUI Galway is this week hosting the 2012 Sino-European Symposium on Environment and Health.

Scientists, consultants, and public servants will interact in the multi-disciplinary area of environment and health.

Over 200 delegates are expected to attend between now and Friday, including 100 experts from China.

It will discuss questions such as ‘Is the air we breathe still fresh?’, ‘Is the water we drink still clean?’ and ‘Is the food we eat still safe?’
