LAUNDERED FUEL SEIZED IN LOUGHREA

Over 6 thousand litres of laundered fuel have been seized in Loughrea as part of a major cross border operation.
As part of today's operation, significant seizures were also made in Roscommon, Offaly, Westmeath and Dublin,
Four arrests have been made.
A man in his 20's and a second in his 30's are being detained at Monaghon Garda station while two men both in their 40s are being detained at Tullamore and Roscommon Garda stations under section 4 of the criminal justice act.
Investigations are ongoing.
