CITY SEX SHOP TO REMAIN OPEN WITH CONDITIONS IMPOSED

A city sex shop has been allowed to remain open on condition it closes adult film viewing booths on its premises immediately.
The Jade Winters adult sex shop has been operating from its premises at Unit 3, Liosbán road for several years.
Landlords, R. Byrne Concrete Ltd., with registered offices at Victoria Place, Galway, sought an order before Galway Circuit Civil Court yesterday to have tenants, London-based company, Anipax Ltd. evicted from its premises for breach of its tenancy agreement.
