WHEELCHAIR ASSOCIATION CONVERTS CITY RESIDENCES INTO OFFICES

A city councillor says it's 'disgraceful' that homes which were designated for people with disbailities, are being turned into offices.Fianna Fail Councillor Mary Leahy says that two houses provided by the Irish Wheelchair Association in Cúl Ard are now being changed into office spaces.Councillor Leahy says the land for these houses was originally provided by Galway City Council, and is now calling on the city council to reclaim its ownership.Councillor Leahy is calling on the Irish Wheelchair Association to revert the houses to residential immediately
