Date Published: 07-Dec-2009

Rural pubs in Galway are to benefit from a special hardship fund set up by the Vintners Federation for members hit by the recent flooding crisis.

A number of rural pubs across Galway were seriously damaged in last month's record floods.

They'll now be able to apply for financial assistance through the V-F-Is Welfare Support scheme.
