SIX YEAR JAIL TERM FOR CITY STABBING AND BURGLARY

A 21 years old city man has been jailed for six years with the final 18 months suspended for stabbing a man in the chest during an aggravated burglary at a house in the city last year.Daniel Herron, 24 Cluain Fada, Headford Road pleaded guilty when he first appeared before the Circuit Criminal Court in May to committing a burglary at a house in Lus Leana, Headford Road, on August 25 last year while having a black army knife in his possession at the time.
