Seven Galway settlements with revenue commissioners

Galway Bay fm newsroom - There are seven Galway based cases in revenue's latest tax defaulters list.One of these, Bar and restaurant operaters, Aretius enterprises of Market street Clifden made a settlement of 160 thousand euro for under declaration of VAT and PAYE/PRSI.The Revenue Commissioners have collected a total of 13.7 million euro in interest and penalties over tax offences from 100 people and companies.The total collected by Revenue includes nearly 3.8 million euro in penalties.
