RENTS FOR GALWAY OFFICE SPACE DROP BY 20 PERCENT

Rents for office space in Galway have dropped by 20 percent in the past year.According to today's Irish Independent, increased vacancy rates in the Galway office market are reflected in softer rents.However industrial rents are holding up due to low supply levels.
