PROTECTED STRUCTURE IN SALTHILL SUBJECT TO APPEAL

A protected structure in Salthill is the subject of an appeal to An Bord Pleanala.Norman Fitzgerald got the go-ahead from Galway city council to convert the ground floor of prairie house at 179 Upper Salthill into a restaurant subject to 17 conditions.However a resident in the area is unhappy with the development and has lodged an appeal against the restaurant going ahead.
