MASSIVE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IN PIPELINE FOR GORT

Despite the slow down in the housing market, there are plans for a major residential development in Gort.Reddington Construction Company Ltd is planning to buiild 132 houses, 6 apartments, a creche and shops at Ballyhugh.The development will be made up of a mixture of houses including detached and terraced.The 6 apartments will be located above the two shops.Car parking, a playground and amenity areas, aswell as access to a riverside walk are all included in the plans.
