LIFEBOAT LAUNCHED FOR CAMPERS ON HARE ISLAND

Galway RNLI Lifeboat was launched last evening [9/1] to rescue of a group of people presumed stranded on Hare Island The group of five French nationals, had actually set up camp on the island for the night When Lifeboat crew arrived the group told them they did not wish to be rescued.
