JUDGES TO RULE ON GALWAYMAN'S MURDER CONVICTION APPEAL

A Galway man will find out later this morning if his challenge to his 1983 conviction for the murder of an elderly woman in the County has been successful.54-year-old Michael Joseph Kelly from Ballinsloe has always denied murdering 87-year-old Margeret Glynn at her home in Ballinkore Bridge.He claims he's the victim of a miscarriage of justice.
