GORT SCHOOL TO LOSE TWO TEACHERS AFTER BUDGET

Gort Community School stands to lose at least two teachers as a result of Budget '09.At a meeting of trustees, teachers, parents and staff last night [3/11], the day-today management of the school as a result of the Budget, was discussed.Local TDs, Micheál Kitt, Noel Treacy and Ulick Burke attended the meeting and were told that the Budget will have a negative impact on the school.Principal of Gort Community School, Denis Corry, says children will suffer as a result of the Budget.
