Galway theatre groups to brew up a storm at Dublin Fringe Festival

University Hospital Galway is to be rewarded for a good performance in key areas of efficiency last year.
According to today's Irish Independent, the city hospital will get an extra 1.9 million euro for its budget this year.
It's part of a 'penalty and reward' system by the HSE to give hospitals an incentive to perform better.
