GALWAY MEDICAL DEVICE COMPANY COMPLETES US TAKEOVER

A Galway Medical Devices firm has made it to the top ten global companies within the medical device industry.

Creganna, which employs 500 people in Galway, announced that it's acquired US firm Tactx Medical Inc.

The company will be known as Creganna - Tactx Medical and will bring the Galway company's global workforce to 800 people.
