Galway lots valued at almost €1m to go to auction

Galway Bay fm newsroom – Seven Galway lots valued at almost one million euro will feature in a major auction by Allsop Space in Dublin next month (1/7). Among the Galway properties for sale is a three-storey six-bedroom house on father Griffin Road in the city, with a reserve price of 230 thousand euro. Other Galway properties at the Allsop Space auction include a lot in at the Shambles on Vicar Street in Tuam which includes seven 4-bedroom towhn houses, four 2-bed apartments and four ground floor retail units. The properties are to be sold as one lot with a reserve price of 200 thousand euro. A mixed-use premises consisting of 2 units in Briarhill Business park in Ballybrit has a reserve of between 140 and 160 thousand euro, while a 2000 square foot industrial unit in Ballybane Industrial Estate has a reserve of between 100 and 120 thousand euro. A detatched 3-bed bungalow on lake Road in Loughrea will go on sale with a reserve price of 115 thousand euro, while a semi-detatched 5-bed house with outbuildings on Moore Street, Loughrea has a reserve of 100 thousand euro. A 2-bed apartment in Upper Salthill will be sold with a reserve of 55 thousand euro.
