CITY SOLICITOR TOPS REVENUE DEFAULTERS LIST

A city solicitor has topped the list of the Revenue Tax Defaulters in Galway.Barry Fitzgerald of Kiltartan House, Forster Street made a settlement of €2.5 million for Underdeclaration of income tax, capital gains tax and V.A.T, as well as a Revenue audit case.He's among 10 tax defaulters in Galway who paid a total of just over €5 million to the Revenue Commissioners.
