CITY SEX CINEMA BACK BEFORE THE COURTS

The case of an illegal sex cinema in the city will be back before the courts in May. The city council is taking R. Byrne Concrete Ltd back to court for the continuing offence of not shutting down the illegal sex cinema at Jade Winters premises on the Tuam Road. It has no planning permission to operate two screens, one a 12 seater, the other a 9 seater, video booths and outside signs.
