CITY HOTEL TO BE DEMOLISHED TO MAKE WAY FOR APARTMENTS

A city hotel is to be demolished to make way for a mixed use development of apartments and commercial unit. City planners have given Ronan Lawless permission to knock the Hanley Oaks Hotel on Bishop O'Donnell road in Rahoon. In it's place, he'll build a four storey development which will include an underground basement carpark and a ground floor commercial unit.
