CITY ASSAULT VICTIM TO TESTIFY AT SENTENCE HEARING

An assault victim who was kicked in the head twice by a man last Christmas Eve is to give evidence at his attacker's sentence hearing next month. Sean Scarriff of 9 St Nicholas Road, The Claddagh has pleaded guilty to assaulting the man at Eyre Square on December 24 last.
