Date Published: 15-Mar-2010

The condition and maintenance of the Children's Millennium Park in the city is back in the spotlight.

City councillor Padraig Conneely has launched a fresh attack on the city council for an alleged failure to maintain the park over the weekend.

He says the park - as well as the Cathedral car park - was strewn with broken bottles, beer cans and litter yesterday morning.
