BOOK OF EVIDENCE IN CITY ATTEMPTED RAPE AND FALSE IMPRISONMENT CASE

The book of evidence has been served on a Moycullen man, charged with the attempted rape and false imprisonment of a woman in the city last April.The 31 year old man appeared before Judge Mary Fahy at Galway district court today.He was remanded in custody to appear before the Central Criminal Court sitting in Dublin this Thursday.
