APPEALS BOARD RULES OUT REDEVELOPMENT OF SALTHILL COMMERCIAL PREMISES

A second bid to demolish a Salthill restuarant and take-away to make way for a new restaurant and apartments has been unsuccessful.Rum Spirits was refused permission by the City Council for the development at the Salt & Pepper premises at Upper Salthill.They then appealled this decision to An Bord Pleanála, which has upheld the City Council's decision.
