A MILLION EURO EXTRA FUNDING FOR SOUTH GALWAY ROADS

Over one point three million euro is to be spent on upgrading the national primary roads in South and East Galway400 thousand euro is to be spent on the Loughrea to Gort road, 350 thousand on the Heathlawn road in Killimor, 250 thousand euro on the Ballydavid road and 200 thousand euro on the Cosscorrig road in LoughreaCllr Michael Regan has welcomed this extra roads money which he says is due to the tenders coming in at a reduced price due to the lack of work.
