6.5 MILLION EURO ORDER AGAINST CLARINBRIDGE DEVELOPER

A retired Galway developer has agreed to a court order for €6.5 million against him over unpaid loans from the EBS. The Irish Times is reporting Michael Fitzgerald, Gortard, Clarinbridge, consented at the Commercial Court yesterday to a judgement sought by the EBS.
