26 OUT OF 28 PROPERTIES SOLD AT GALWAY AUCTION
OVER 600 people attended an auction in Galway city this weekend at which 26 of the 28 properties under the hammer were sold.
The highest price of 370,000 Euro was paid for a house at Dalysfort Road in the city while the lowest was 52,000 Euro for two acres and three unfinished houses at Garrafrauns near Dunmore.
The second highest price was 320,000 Euro for a house at Carbry Road, Newcastle while the third highest price paid was 280,000 for a house at Cuil an Aith, Barna.
Auctioneers O’Donnellan and Joyce said that while 26 of the 28 properties were sold at the auction on Friday in The Harbour Hotel the other two properties are now also under offer.
