131 COMPANIES DISSOLVED IN GALWAY IN FIRST QUARTER

There has been almost 20 percent of an increase in dissolved companies in Galway since last year.According to the latest Business start-up barometer from Bank of Ireland, 131 companies were dissolved in the first 3 months of this year, compared to 110 for the same period last year.Meanwhile, there has been an 8 percent decrease in business start ups in Galway.165 new companies were formed between January and March this year, compared to 180 for the same period in 2008.
