Wellpark Retail Park in Galway is ranked among the top five most productive retail parks in the country in terms of rent paid by stores versus number of shoppers using the park.The figures were revealed in the latest survey carried out for the Crest CBRE Retail Park Review 2007.Retailers in Wellpark Retail Park in Galway currently pay €6.20 in rent per hundred shoppers. That's fifth in the country.
