UHG has country’s longest waiting list

Galway Bay fm newsroom – The Taoiseach and Health Minister are being urged to tackle growing hospital waiting lists. Almost 700,000 people are currently waiting on treatment in a public hospital – with the longest waiting lists in Galway University Hospital and University Hospital Waterford. Close to half a million of those are waiting for their first appointment with a consultant.
