TEENAGER WAITS MONTHS FOR TREATMENT AFTER SURGERY IN GALWAY

A teenager from Roscommon, who underwent surgery at University Hospital Galway to remove a cancerous tumour, has waited months for radiation therapy.17 year old, Kerry Ann McLoughlin from Tulsk, had part of her thyroid removed last July and underwent a second operation in August to ensure the cancer had not spread.However, she has been waiting since then for radiation therapy.
