People looking to get on the property ladder in Galway have expressed "significant interest" in homes being offered at cut down prices.Almost ninety houses and apartments in the city are being offered at prices that were previously exclusive to those on the affordable housing list.Galway city council decided to sell on the homes as none of the 200 people currently on the affordable housing list were in a position to buy at the prices on offer.A mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments, bungalows and houses in the city are being officially advertised in local and national papers from today.
