SAVINGS FOR HOUSEHOLDERS CONNECTING TO POPPYHILL SCHEME

Sixteen households in Connemara are to benefit from a funding allocation to the Poppyhill Group Water Scheme near Kiloran.Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs Éamon Ó Cuív has announced funding of over 120,000 euro for the water scheme.This grant will enable a total value of works amounting to just over a quarter of a million euro to be carried out.
