PROGRESS MADE TO AVOID JOB LOSSES AT GALWAY HOSPITALS

Progress is being made to avoid proposed job losses at Galway University Hospitals.

Unions and management at both UHG and Merlin Park Hospital are close to agreeing measures to tackle financial difficulties without the loss of jobs.
