POST MORTEM COMPLETED ON WOMAN WHO COLLAPSED IN KILCOLGAN RESTAURANT

The post mortem examination has been completed on a Belfast GP who died earlier this week after she collapsed in a well known Galway restaurant.Dr Anneliese Lavery, who's married to prominent lawyer Michael Lavery, choked on a piece of lobster tail at Moran's of The Weir in Kilcolgan.Two doctors and a nurse who were dining at the restaurant at the time rushed to Dr Lavery's assistance but despite their best efforts they were unable to save her and she died.
