POLITICANS INVITED TO PARTY AT GIANT HOLE IN ORANMORE

Residents of Oranhill Estate in Oranmore are holding a community party to highlight the giant dangerous hole left in their estate

The party is the latest stage of their campaign 'fix the estates'

The hole, described as large enough to accommodate Leinster House, on the partially developed site has been left exposed for 5 years

The residents say they have been subjected to a book passing exercise from the county council up to the Taoiseach

They have also launched a strong social media campaign and have invited politicians to today's party at the hole

Oranhill residents committee member Michelle Frawley says the problem is an urgent one
