PART OF FORMER BALLINASLOE PLANT TO BE DEMOLISHED

Part of a Ballinasloe manufacturing plant, that closed down over ten years ago, is to be demolished to make way for new developments.

The former AT Cross factory at Claymore employed almost 200 people at its peak.

It is now the subject of a planning application, where buildings to the rear of the main building will be demolished.
