ONE OF GALWAYS BIGGEST EMPLOYERS REPORTS PRE TAX PROFITS

The Irish arm of electronics giant Celestica, which is one of the largest employers in Galway, increased its pre-tax profits by 10percent in 2007Celestica based at Parkmore in the city, employs 380 people.According to today's Irish Independent, the canadian-owned company increased its pre-tax profits for its Irish operations from 831 thousand euro to €914 thousand euro at the end of 2007.
