More time allowed to build city housing estates
Galway Bay fm newsroom - The City Council has granted more time to a developer to build housing estates in Roscam.O' Malley Construction applied for the extension of time on planning permission for two developments at Doughiska Roads and Curragrean.
Planning has been extended without conditions until April next year on the houses at Curragrean and until November 2016 on the Doughiska Road development.The developer said the reason for the delay in completing the projects was due to the economic downturn.
