MARTIN CONFIRMS NO FURTHER ACTION AGAINST O CUIV

The Fianna Fail leader says his party is focused on securing a YES vote in the referendum - despite internal divisions.

Galway West TD Eamon O'Cuiv and at least three councillors are opposed to the EU Fiscal Stability Treaty.

However Michael Martin says the former deputy leader will not be cavassing for the NO side of the campaign.

He also says he will not be taking any further disciplinary action against Eamon O'Cuiv.
