MAN CHARGED WITH SEX OFFENCES GETS BAIL AT GALWAY COURT

A 41-year-old man appeared in custody at Galway District Court this week charged with the indecent and sexual assault of three siblings on various dates between 1987 and 1992.He was granted bail and must appear before the court again in June.Garda Angelina McCormack gave evidence of arresting the accused on the morning of the court and charging him with the offences. She said he made no reply when the 39 sample charges were put to him.
