JUDGE ADJOURNS COURT OVER CONDITIONS AT OUGHTERARD COURTHOUSE

Judge Mary Fahy adjourned this morning's sitting of the Oughterard District Court because of the conditions in the Courthouse. There was a pool of water inside the door and there was no heating in the building. Judge Fahy decided that it was not appropriate to carry on with the Court's business in the circumstances.
