The newly-elected Chair of the HSE West Regional Health Forum is Cllr. Dr. Joe Hennessy of Templemore, Co. Tipperary. Cllr. Hennessy was elected at a meeting of the Forum in Merlin Park Hospital in Galway this evening Dr. Hennessy is a general practitioner in the Roscrea and Templemore area and is a former member of the Mid Western Health Board
