Galway Dublin motorway to be toll free for trucks next month

Galway Bay fm newsroom - The Transport Minister has announced that four roads will go toll free next month for Heavy Good Vehicles including the M6 Galway to Dublin

Leo Varadkar says the trial will be used to see if the cut reduces the number of trucks which drive on regional roads and through towns and villages in an attempt to avoid tolls.

The toll-free month will take place on the M1; the M3; the M6 and Limerick Tunnel.
