GALWAY CHARITY TO SEND FLOOD DONATIONS ABROAD

Galway charity St Vincent De Paul will meet with the red cross this morning to organise sending flood donations abroad.
The move follows an overwhelming response to their appeal for clothes and soft furnishings after floods devasted homes,businesses and farms across the county.
The charity say their warehouses are stacked to the roof with items people have offered to help victims.
Galway President of St Vincent De Paul, Val Mc Nicholas says they are now asking people to donate money.
