Former Galway footballer pulls out of local election bid

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Former Galway footballer Seán Ó Domhnaill will not be putting his name before the Connemara Fianna Fáil selection convention for local elections next Sunday.

O' Domhnaill made the announcement a short time ago, citying personal reasons.

He confirmed he will be staying in the Fianna Fail party.
