EXTRA TIME ALLOWED TO BUILD ON ROYAL TARA SITE IN CITY

City planners are allowing an extra 3 years to build more than 100 apartments on the site of the Royal Tara building at Mervue in the city.

Royal Tara China Holdings Limited had applied for the extension of time to build the development which will also include office and a gym.

However, a drop in the property market meant the proposal had to be postponed.
