EVICTION OF SEX CINEMA TENANTS STRUCK OUT

A court action to remove the tenant of an illegal sex cinema in the city has been struck out. R. Byrne Concrete Ltd owns the building out of which Jade Winters Adult Store and cinema is operating in Liosbán Industrial Estate. A motion for default against tenant Anipax Ltd was struck out at a hearing before the county registrar at Galway courthouse.The city council is now pressing ahead with legal action against R. Byrne Concrete Ltd for non-compliance of this court order at Galway District Court on October 6th.
