DROP IN NEW CAR SALES IN GALWAY

More than 600 new cars were licensed in Galway last month, a five per cent drop on July 2007. And almost half of those cars fell into the second least polluting 'Band B' tax category, proving Galway motorists are becoming more eco-friendly.
