DATE SET FOR CITY COUNCIL HIGH COURT CASE AGAINST LOCAL QUARRY

A date has been set for a High Court hearing between Galway City council and a local quarry company over alleged breaches of planning permission. The case by the city council against Lackagh Quarries Ltd has been brewing for over two years, and will be heard at Castlebar courthouse this day two weeks.
