Connacht Gold closing Tuam Agri store

Galway Bay fm newsroom – The Connacht Gold Agri store at the old Sugar Factory site in Airglooney, Tuam is to close from next month. When contacted by Galway Bay fm news the Aurivo Connacht Gold company said it would not be commenting until next week. It's understood the closure of the agri store will not have any bearing on the Connacht Wool warehouse which operates nearby on the Airglooney site. A spokesman for this firm said they had bought out the Tuam wool depot from Connacht Gold several years ago and it's business as normal for the wool company.
